This has been a really fun opportunity. It's been a few years since I completed one of these challenges.  Busy week so I didn't meet every goal but I feel good about what I did. Our low flow shower head broke about a month ago so we reinstalled the old shower head temporarily. This challenge was the motivation to purchase the new one. It was a bit spendy but we are enjoying our High Sierra model- all metal, no plastic and made by a small company in the US.

One of the challenges I selected was carrying around my unrecylcable and uncom table waste. Paper towel after hand washing at work is my largest culprit. Oh and the packaging from a pint of Ben & Jerry's.... 😀

Hi Nancy! Sorry for the slow response. I just noticed your question. I'm carrying in a clear, thicker plastic bag. I realized I can compost my work paper towels (we don't use these at home)! I don't think it's hard and I've enjoyed how I can make less. I brought a hand towel to work for instance. I'm ok with being 'that person' 😀

How do you carry it?  This seems really hard.  Is it?
