    My favorite quote since starting the Villanova's Sustainability Masters program: Enough. For All. Forever. 
    I have used this quote in papers and tried to adapt this type of thinking to my consumption patterns. For such a small statement, it has a very powerful impact.

    Even though today is a rainy/sleet filled day, I will still find time for my daily exercise and mindful activity with some indoor gym time after work.
