    In order to take showers that last less than 10 minutes, I try to quickly rinse myself once the water temperature is warm enough.

    For lunch and dinner, I try to have two cups of vegetables and for breakfast two cups of fruit to sustain me during early workouts.

    With my reusable water bottle, I am happy to reduce the amount of plastic waste I may have contributed otherwise.
