Samantha Annen 5/08/2018 9:55 AMMy goal was to become more vegan than just vegetarian in order to help stop emissions of some of the greenhouse gasses that are emitted from farming. It went very well except for one slip up of a bagel with cream cheese. It was actually really easy I just ate more veggies, fruits and salads.-
Cole Boram 5/08/2018 11:35 AMThat's awesome! Seems like you've got this kind of diet and lifestyle down. I wish I was as committed to an eating habit like that. I've been trying to eat more chicken than beef though so I guess that's a start. Keep up the great work!
