Rima Antous 4/28/2018 9:50 PMit has been a great semester challenging myself and furthering my awareness on ways I can cut down waste in my life and conserve energy. -
Rima Antous 4/17/2018 4:41 PMNow that I am graduating i've decided to add a new challenge for myself. My goal is to weed out my closet/room and focus on being more minimal. I've always preferred quality over quantity, but I have not always adhered to this principle. Now that I know a handful of brands that are focused on a zero waste model, It will be significantly easier to adhere to a simpler and sustainable lifestyle.-

Rima Antous 4/13/2018 7:54 PMI've been wanting to by cloth bags for a while now. I finally bought my first cloth bag from the OB Peoples Market! I've been using it to hold my avocados, lemons, radishes, and lettuce! I absolutely love it. -
Rima Antous 4/10/2018 12:58 PMThis week I picked some veggies from the PLNU garden, and I made a salad. I also did some shopping at the OB Farmers Market and made a vegan Lebanese lentil dish. -
Rima Antous 4/03/2018 9:05 PMThis past week my friend and I rented Ofo bikes from liberty station and we rode them all the way to downtown! it was such a great experience. I love biking, and I am hoping to get my own bike. Not only is it a great way to reduce your carbon footprint, but it is a healthy way to stay in shape! -

Rima Antous 3/14/2018 11:58 AMI went home (CT) for spring break, so my flight was not necessarily sustainable, however, I started a new compost pile and I made a lot of vegetable smoothies that my mom and I shared. -
