Elidia Avelar 4/06/2018 7:49 AMI had oatmeal, self made cashew milk, a banana, and an orange for breakfast. My breakfast is my goal for achieving my 1 all organic meal a day as well as a way to attain enough energy for my morning workout. I also toss my compost from the fruits into an area in my backyard as a way of feeding my soil. I even have noticed that the grass is grower greener ;) -
Elidia Avelar 4/06/2018 7:47 AMI deleted some of my challenges and added some that I felt I could accomplish more. This weekend I am volunteering my time to my nonprofit organisation and getting involved more! -
