I had oatmeal, self made cashew milk, a banana, and an orange for breakfast. My breakfast is my goal for achieving my 1 all organic meal a day as well as a way to attain enough energy for my morning workout. I also toss my compost from the fruits into an area in my backyard as a way of feeding my soil. I even have noticed that the grass is grower greener ;)

I began a social media detox, I deleted all my social media apps and I find myself wanting to check them and I dont even have them anymore. I am now focusing on doing stuff when I usually would be strolling through the TL. It's refreshing and IF i want the 4.0 i have to do it!
