So most of my challenges have to do with energy. One was to not use AC which is something I already do because I live in a dorm hall so it wasn't one that really presented me with a great challenge. However I tried another challenge where I took cold showers instead of warm ones. I used to do this a lot in high school because I found it made me take faster showers and it really woke me up in the morning. It is such a simple change to my life that I enjoy doing and has a positive impact on the environment. Although it wasn't always easy because oftentimes I forget to change the water to cold when I first get in the shower. I also made the sleep timer on my phone and computer to one minute instead of ten like I normally do, this saved battery life on both devices and didn't require me to plug them into their chargers as often.
