Shelby Bernard 4/17/2018 9:41 AMI’m trying to not eat processed food 2 times a day. Breakfast was easy today, I had fruit, lunch was going fine until I had a granola bar. Dinner I plan on having veggies, chicken and potatoes so I’m on track as of now!-
Shelby Bernard 4/24/2018 2:30 PMI had chicken, veggies and potatoes. So I made it through the day with two meals being non-processed. The hard part is my snacks seem to be processed.
