Erin Crabtree 4/17/2018 11:33 AMSo far, I have found that eating less meat is easier than I thought it would be (especially while living on campus- who wants to eat that meat anyways??). Wasting less food was definitely easier on the weekend than it has been during this week so far. On weekends, the dining hall is self serve, so I am able to do my own portions. However, during the week, our food hall is fully staffed to scoop and serve our food for us. This makes it a lot harder to control what you take to eliminate waste.
