I took a quick 5 minute shower by skipping washing my hair, then I also used my reusable coffee mug to bring a nice cup with me to class. I also used my reusable Tupperware to pack a lunch to bring to class as well! I did about 45 minutes of yoga between class and sleep, and journaled before I went to bed. Today's rain makes it a little more challenging to be out in nature, but I am hoping it will clear up before tomorrow! -
