chloe dolan 11/29/2017 3:32 PMI have really enjoyed doing this eco challenge. I have found that there were so many things that I was already doing which made the challenge easy at times but also allowed me to do new things that did challenge me. Those new things I was trying have started to become easy as well now and are just a part of my daily routine.-
Harry Watkins 12/03/2017 3:24 PMI'm glad, Chloe. Continue to challenge yourself to do more, and begin to think about civic activism. That is where things REALLY begin to happen!

chloe dolan 11/25/2017 11:56 AMI have had a harder time keeping up with my challenges this week because of thanksgiving and traveling but I am trying to make conscious effort to work through this and get back to it. -
chloe dolan 10/28/2017 10:10 AMThis week I decided to switch up some of the challenges I was doing. I am continuing to do the other ones but wanted to challenge myself with new ones. So far while the new challenges have been a little difficult I like them!-
Sabrinna Alonso 12/04/2017 12:45 PMEco challenge has done the same for me. It helped to highlight the healthy habits I already had as well as incorporating a creative way to incorporate new habits like eating one meal per day outside. I love it! -
Harry Watkins 10/29/2017 7:43 PMCool! Did you lose points on the old ones when you made the change?

chloe dolan 10/12/2017 8:09 PMI've been working on taking 5 minute showers and it has been very difficult. This has probably been the most challenging thing I have done so far. But, I know that it really doesn't take me very long to actually get myself clean so I really am just spending that extra time just standing which I realize is such as waste. Even knowing this, I still find it pretty hard to stick to a five minute shower every day.-
Harry Watkins 10/15/2017 2:38 PMI know what you mean Chloe! I love a long wake up shower. Perhaps you could approach this like "meatless mondays". That is, allow yourself to indulge in a long shower once a week, or something. Do you think that would help?

chloe dolan 10/07/2017 7:26 PMI have been focusing on eating more meatless meals. I have found that it really isn't very hard. I just have to be mindful of the choices I am making when I make my meals or when I choose what I want from the caf. Simple things like not adding meat to my omelette and substituting it for more vegetables can make my breakfast meatless and doesn't really change what I am eating. -
chloe dolan 10/01/2017 1:45 PMThis week I have been taking the time to go on a walk everyday. This definitely has been a challenge with a fairly busy schedule, but I do really enjoy taking a break from my day and getting outside. I typically feel refreshed afterwards and have more motivation to finish whatever I am working on the rest of the day.
