Normally I am not a big meat person but I do love chicken so going meatless will push me to see what else I can do with what I eat and it is a challenge because trying to find meals that don't have meat in it is hard. This can also help the environment because cows produce a lot a methane which can be harmful the atmosphere and if we cut back on beef products we can help change how many cows to raise. During this experience I have realized that there are not a lot of options for vegetarians that are good and tasteful and trying to find something can be hard.
