My goal of maintaining one meal a day without any meat has been easier than I anticipated. Before, I would occasionally eat a meal without meat. However, I realized that with breakfast I usually ate a piece of sausage or ham, and that taking that out wouldn't be too difficult, not to mention sausage isn't a particularly healthy option, so it is also beneficial to me personally. Taking five minute showers has been something I have also been successful with, though not easily. I definitely have to be conscious about it to make sure that I am not wasting time and, in turn, water.
