Jordan Lee 12/04/2017 2:45 PMI just went grocery shopping and made an effort to buy only organic banana and apples-
catie kendrick 1/17/2018 12:16 PMOne of my favorite things to do is make conscious choices in the grocery store, to choose organic vegetables and fruits as well as buying things in bulk and shopping at farmers markets and CO-OPs as much as possible.

Jordan Lee 11/25/2017 11:11 PMI have been good at eating less meat however being at home for thanksgiving I have eaten more meat. I have also realized how wasteful the holidays are in reguards to gifts, wrapping paper and excess food -
Jordan Lee 11/22/2017 8:22 PMI went to a vegan restaurant again last night with some friends interested in going vegan and we all had a fun time enjoying good vegan food -
Jordan Lee 11/19/2017 8:25 PMYesterday, my friends and I drove to Julian. It was so nice to spend time with friends, support local pies businesses and be in a mountain town. Although the gas and footprint is large, We managed to carpool a full car of 5 for maximum fun! -

Jordan Lee 11/09/2017 4:21 PMIn order to incorporate simplicity into my daily life I have just deleted snapchat and Instagram because I have found myself spending too much time wasted on social media. I'm sure I will redownload them but for now it feels good to focus on other areas of my life such as exercising. -
Jordan Lee 11/03/2017 4:29 PMI have invested in a plastic straw and mason jar where I will use for whenever I am ordering a drink in a place that would serve me in a plastic cup. Now I am looking to buy reusable produce bags for fruit shopping.-
Erla Teli 11/05/2017 8:24 PMI've been looking into getting a reusable straw. Where did you get yours from?

Jordan Lee 10/20/2017 12:48 PMSomething I am usually really good at is only using my own mug or water bottle rather than disposable. However, I went to Better Buzz yesterday and was bummed after I realized my drink came in a plastic cup and that I didnt have a reusable container so I felt guilty for my plastic cup.-
Harry Watkins 10/22/2017 10:20 PMWill they sell you coffee in a mug? Starbucks will do that.

Jordan Lee 10/16/2017 5:00 PMYesterday a friend and I went to a local vegan restaurant called Plant Power in Ocean Beach. It is a unique vegan restaurant as it "fast food" vegan. I had a burger and a "milkshake" and a "burger" which were both delicious and satisfying. It is really not that hard to switch to certain vegan meals and there are vegan-friendly options available when you do want to indulge in an "unhealthy meal"-
Sabrinna Alonso 10/17/2017 9:54 AMI LOVE PLANT POWER! I agree it is nice to have a "cheat" meal that is still healthy. My go to there is the chill cheese fries, so good! -
Allegra DeSanto 10/16/2017 5:02 PMYES! I love plant power. It's really cool to have "healthy fast food" available and still get our unhealthy fix! I love the "chicken" sandwich!
