Is it bad that I make my boyfriend and my best friend guilty when they aren't being as eco-conscious as I am?... I'm glad it is helping them change at least. I wish it could work with my family in the same way.

So I've started this new marker collection, which is reusable markers where you can refill them and replace the tips and all that good stuff which I think is pretty awesome, rather than just throwing out markers, but it's also proving to be really good because I like them so much that I am actually taking breaks from my homework to use them! :D

Busy helping prepare for the waste audit (which is separate from the food waste audit that just occurred in Pav)... you know, when I'm not doing my boat loads of homework that is due by midnight... But I'm excited to be helping with this! We should be officially starting on Monday next week :)

I always struggle deciding which environmental impact is worse, thinking about waste vs energy vs water, because some situations could potentially save on one by increasing another... Anyone have any ideas?

So I came home last night and got so annoyed by how many lights were on, it was completely unnecessary... I wish I could get my parents to care though, mainly my dad..

When you feel like you are constantly turning off the lights in your suite because no one else does...

Does the power going out count as turning off lights/electronics? Just kidding. Honestly though, if it were nicer out I would prefer not having my light on in my room and just using the natural light from outside.
