Elizabeth Ostrander 4/17/2018 8:08 PMThe first challenge I chose was to eat 3 meatless meals per day (so basically just going vegetarian), and although I had tried this years ago in high school it is much more difficult now as I have a completely different diet and lifestyle. I didn't realize all the things I eat, almost daily, that contain meat. Another was to track my purchases and keep a record of them all. This has helped me to notice not only how much I am spending but also what I am purchasing and the companies I am purchasing from. I chose this challenge because I often am stressed about money and keeping a record of it helps me to control how much I am spending. The last challenge I chose was to take nature photos. I love photography, especially of nature, however I realized that I often don't take any in the winter so having this challenge helps me to take a moment and admire the environment around me even in the snow and the cold.
