Carly Baumann 3/03/2018 11:42 AMI spent some time last night meditating and listening to peaceful and relaxing music to try and regain my thoughts and release tension after having a rather stressful and frustrating day. I also decided to go exercise at the gym with my roommate to help cope with my frustration instead of watching tv.
