Kayla Lis 2/24/2018 1:55 PMReducing dining hall waste became important to me and I realized how much food is wasted just by seeing it all on the dirty plates going to be washed. Now that I am aware of it it has become easier to only take what I think I am going to eat and then go back to reduce waste!-
Nancy Johnston 2/25/2018 9:32 PMIn college, I worked in the cafeteria. I occasionally did the dish job. People would throw out whole apples and oranges, slices of bread uneaten, you name it. It was really sad to see. Just take it home for later.

Rachel Casey 2/14/2018 12:45 PMIt's pretty difficult to not use any disposable plates/cups etc. throughout the course of an entire day, especially when you consider things like straws that you need for drinks! -
