    This was the first day of my vacation, so I thought sticking to these goals would be hard, but each day I brought my own reusable bottle/glass to the restraints and bars with me to reduce my use of plastic!

    I spent some time last night meditating and listening to peaceful and relaxing music to try and regain my thoughts and release tension after having a rather stressful and frustrating day. I also decided to go exercise at the gym with my roommate to help cope with my frustration instead of watching tv.
